Q: Are characters customizable?
A: Yes, to a certain degree. You can select from gender, hair, face, shirt, pants, gloves and shoes. 

Q: Are there any changes to the customer support process?
A: There will be no changes to the customer support process post merge. You will however see more GM??s in game now.

Q: Are there any future expansions planned for RF?
A: Yes, in fact, there are multiple content updates every year. CCR has already developed multiple ??Giga?? updates for RF Online Gold which introduce new areas, attacks, features, and a whole lot of new content, all available for free download of course. CCR is currently developing Episode 2.

Q: Are there any NPC quests?
A: At the moment there are no available NPC quests. This is a feature that will be implemented in the future.

Q: Are there any other ways to gain Contribution Points?
A: You can also gain contribution points by completing quests, winning Chip Wars, or participating in GvG matches of Circle Zone Scramble.

Q: Are there any rewards for completing quests?
A: Yes, upon completing a quest, a player will receive experience points, contribution points, money (dalant/disena/CP), and sometimes a few items too.

Q: Are there game-time cards for  RF Online Gold?
A: Unfortunately there are no game-time cards at the moment.

Q: Can all races use magic?
A: Only the Bellato and Cora races can use magic (called ??Force?? in  RF Online Gold). Accretians do not have this ability.

Q: Can another race kill my race??s Pitbosses?
A: Yes, other races may come into your territory and kill your pitbosses, however the loot dropped will never be fit for other races (save for gems and talics) so there is little incentive for one race to kill another??s Pitboss.

Q: Are the servers time- or region-specific?
A: No, you are free to choose which servers you prefer to play on

Q: Which countries do you provide service for?
A: Currently, Codemasters provides  RF Online Gold game service and support for the following countries: United Kingdom, United States, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Netherlands, Switzerland, Norway and Monaco.
