Let's begin the very first issue of my blog sequence. I have been a personal player of Rising Force Online back when it was P2P. It was a great experience I have to admit, but as this is a blog we all expect more than "it was a great game". So let's break it down.
The Leveling
At first; the leveling is full of random quests that will give you plenty of starter items to ease your life. It allows you to familiarize with the game as you first come in. Of course the interface is a thing of its own to be memorized, the leveling comes in pretty easily at first. Sadly, the party system isn't too effective in the beginning as you'll find your self fighting for the same monster multiple times. Although the spawn rate is nice and fast, there are still so many players in the beginning that you'll find your first struggle already.

As it progresses, your quests lessen and are less effective over time; leaving it to many mmogamers' nightmare, the Grind Fest. I would say around the level 30, the players will begin to party and end up ignoring the quests for massive leveling, killing monsters and such for nothing but exp and perhaps crafting materials. However, around this time it is also when you realize, Bloody hell; What the hell are PT's?
In a frenzy of reading random online guides or asking in-game players; you'll soon realize that these so called PT's are as important as the level you are currently. PT's determine what you can wear and also add to many of your attributes (Melee PT adds to melee damage and health, range is your sp and so forth).
I would say that it would be the most grinding of your life and the most annoying. However; by level 40-45 if you were to, as RF Online Gold gamers call it, PT grind; your PT's will max and the rest is just more grinding.

Although after the PT grind; you begin to realize that the leveling now has gotten harder as well. Well, CRAP. Now its time for more leveling; this time it's even harder. When you look at your quest you realize, their undoable! The monster's you are to kill are named PitBosses, your every-game Boss that you kill for alot of loot. When you try to kill the boss, you see that their regeneration is obscenely high.
